Please mention your device model and the Numbo version (Menu → About) if you're reporting a problem. Never send your backup file or its passphrase — support never needs either.
Moving to a new phone?
In Numbo, open Settings → Backup & Restore on the old phone, create a backup and save it somewhere you can reach from the new one. Install Numbo on the new phone and restore it with the same passphrase.
Reinstalled Numbo and Premium is gone?
Open Settings → Numbo Premium → Restore purchase, signed in to the same store account you bought it with. Premium is tied to that account, not to the phone.
Does Numbo send my data anywhere?
Your records, never. If you allow it, Numbo can send an anonymous crash report so faults get fixed — it contains nothing you entered, and you can switch it off in Settings → Privacy. Free users also see banner ads.
